I hope this month has started strong for you. I want to share some of what I've been through so far this year and the changes I'm creating.
Life is full of changes and transitions. Some we choose, some arrive uninvited, and all of them shape who we become.
This year, it’s my coaching business’s turn to evolve.
I’ve been coaching for over six years now and I absolutely love it. If you know me, that probably doesn’t surprise you. I’ve had the privilege of coaching all kinds of people through challenges, transitions, and goals. Watching people reconnect with themselves, gain clarity, and create meaningful change never gets old.
But over these years, something started shifting in me too.
Like many of you, I’ve experienced my share of life transitions: career changes, the loss of loved ones, a child leaving for college, grief, growth, and all the messy, beautiful in-between moments. Those experiences deepened my understanding of how important coaching is—not just during crises, but in everyday life. They also changed the way I coach.
My relationship with my own emotions grew stronger. My mindfulness practices became more consistent. I became more aware of how energy affects the way we move through life, and interestingly enough, many of my clients deeply resonated with that too.
I also noticed a pattern in my coaching sessions. People often came to me wanting help with a specific situation, but our work would naturally go deeper. Again and again, we’d uncover something powerful and they would leave with a greater awareness: You are the CEO of your own life.
And while that sounds simple, living it is another story.
Because when we allow life—or expectations, fear, our partner, children, boss, parents, society, or yes… even the store clerk—to make our choices for us, we’re handing over that CEO chair. The surprising part? Giving away our power is often a choice we don’t realize we’re making.
Helping people recognize their own power, reclaim their agency, and lead themselves with intention has become one of the most meaningful parts of my work.
That’s where this evolution comes in.
You’ll notice a new logo and, soon, an updated website. They reflect more of who I’ve become as a coach and the work I feel called to do. While mental and emotional wellbeing remain at the foundation (because they influence how we experience everything), I’m leaning more fully into the leadership aspect of coaching—not only leadership in the traditional corporate sense, but leadership of self.
Learning to lead yourself through change.
Leading with confidence.
Leading through uncertainty.
Leading your life in alignment with who you are and what matters most.
Leading with confidence.
Leading through uncertainty.
Leading your life in alignment with who you are and what matters most.
I’m also embracing a more holistic approach that recognizes the connection between mind, body, and soul.
So, what makes me not your typical coach? Maybe it's because I believe there's a lot more between the universe and us, humans, than we understand. Perhaps it’s that I don’t believe growth happens in neat little boxes. We’re complex humans. Our emotions, mindset, experiences, energy, habits, relationships, and beliefs all influence how we show up. And because of that, I coach the whole person. Both the part that we see, and the ones we don't.
This evolution isn’t a departure from the work I’ve done before. It’s a deeper alignment with who I’ve always been in my heart and how I believe lasting transformation happens.
I’m excited for what’s ahead and I'll keep you posted about what is coming.
